This used to be the best McDonalds in the area, now it’s the worst. The night crew doesn’t care about your order or helping you. The food is always sloppy, cold, and often the wrong item. The staff is rude and patronizing when told they did something wrong, which is everything. The lobby is always dirty I have to search and hope for a clean table or ask someone to clean one. They close the lobby early and open late in the morning consistently I never know if I will be able to eat inside, despite them having set hours. They never help when there is an app issue, and at every other location the employees try to help at least, but here they just say “no”. The crew is always laughing and joking...
The evening staff at this location is really unprofessional. Every time I request fresh nuggets, I end up with dry, old, overcooked ones—sometimes even cold. To make matters worse, today I received a nugget that had some sauce and a strange white substance on it. I'm really confused and completely disgusted. Where did that nugget come from? I sincerely hope it wasn’t from the floor! I didn’t even ask for any sauces. I recommend checking your food before you leave, or better yet, just avoid this McDonald's altogether.
McDonald's is exactly what you expect: fast food that relies on canola oil, which feels more like car oil. The fries are drenched in unhealthy fats, and overall, it’s not a nutritious choice.
Kid-friendliness: If you don't mind feeding your kids unhealthy food, then it’s a family-friendly option.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is ample accessibility for wheelchairs.
This has to be the cleanest McDonald's I've ever visited. The service was quick, and the food was hot. I did notice that it was a bit more expensive than my last visit for the same order.
Kid-friendliness: There were quite a few kids there, but it wasn't overwhelming.

Great McDonald's, great location! One of the nicest McDonald's in all of Illinois if not the U.S. I only rated food low, not because of quality or any issues, but I can no longer eat their burgers and remembered why after I did. Otherwise, a great spot for all ages, with lots of indoor seating, and very clean and well stocked.
One of the better McDonald's restaurants in the city! Staff are always friendly, and the facility is kept nice and clean. I will often make special requests with my order, and they are always happy to oblige. This is a fave spot for lunch!
Jonothan(manager) helped me with an order misunderstanding at drive thru. I called once home. He was professional, respectful and understood the issue which was corrected to my satisfaction.Thanks!
Just got coffee. They were nice enough to make a fresh pot . Awesome employees. Recognize them and reward them . You need them.
