Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

This used to be the best McDonalds in the area, now it’s the worst. The night crew doesn’t care about your order or helping you. The food is always sloppy, cold, and often the wrong item. The staff is rude and patronizing when told they did something wrong, which is everything. The lobby is always dirty I have to search and hope for a clean table or ask someone to clean one. They close the lobby early and open late in the morning consistently I never know if I will be able to eat inside, despite them having set hours. They never help when there is an app issue, and at every other location the employees try to help at least, but here they just say “no”. The crew is always laughing and joking...

The night crews here are the worse and unprofessional. Every time I ask for fresh nuggets i always get dry, old hard overcooked nuggets and sometimes even cold and to top it off TODAY I received a nugget with sauce on it and some white stuff, I am so confused, and beyond pissed and disgusted because where did this nugget come from? I really hope not the floor! I didn’t even ask for sauces smdh. I suggest checking your food before you leave or just don’t go to this McDonald’s.

Great McDonald's, great location! One of the nicest McDonald's in all of Illinois if not the U.S. I only rated food low, not because of quality or any issues, but I can no longer eat their burgers and remembered why after I did. Otherwise, a great spot for all ages, with lots of indoor seating, and very clean and well stocked.

McDonald’s is what it is, canola oil, it’s car oil, that’s what you get when you go to McDonald’s. Fries soaked in toxicity. One of the better McDonald's restaurants in the city! Staff are always friendly, and the facility is kept nice and clean. I will often make special requests with my order, and they are always happy to oblige. This is a fave spot for lunch!

Jonothan(manager) helped me with an order misunderstanding at drive thru. I called once home. He was professional, respectful and understood the issue which was corrected to my satisfaction.Thanks!

Just got coffee. They were nice enough to make a fresh pot . Awesome employees. Recognize them and reward them . You need them. Reserva una mesa ahora
