I know it’s a late night drive through, but for what they charge now I don’t feel bad for my expectations. On this most recent visit I once again dealt with a mute at the drive through window. The young man appears to have a permanent scoul on his face, and aside from uttering the cost, he says absolutely nothing. He seems to have a chip on his shoulder for being at work. Even when I greet him and say thank you, he is obnoxiously dead silent. Additionally, I was asked during my ordering process if I’d like sauce, to which I had asked for bbq. But neither sauce, or napkins, made their way into my bag. Better and friendlier service shouldn’t be too much to ask.
I ordered $60 worth of food through Uber Eats, but when it arrived, I found out that they were unable to make my four large frappes because their machine was broken. The receipt indicated that I could come back later to redeem them, but when I called the manager, they said that was not possible and they couldn’t do anything to help. This was really disappointing since the frappes were a significant part of what I paid for. Uber Eats couldn’t refund me, and McDonald's offered no assistance either.
This is by far the worst run McDonald's in the morning. Earlier this week, I ordered two burritos but received two egg and cheese McMuffins instead. This morning, I ordered two burritos again and waited over 10 minutes. You’re better off going to the one around the corner at County Farm and Army Trail.
I stopped visiting this place because they don’t prioritize order accuracy. There's no reason to use the app if no one pays attention to the details while preparing the orders, and there’s no one checking to ensure everything is correct.

The place was very clean and the atmosphere is warm and comfy. The service was a little slow, but the staff was friendly and nice. Would come here again.
One of the mangers was very rude to me. She said, I told you to pull up to window 1 NOT 2. This incident happened on 2/10.
The wait in the drive thru line was waaaaaay too long. Hate that I have to always ask for ketchup for my fries.
Normal McD, drive thru is open all night! Finally I found one.
