4/8/24 Fries, big mac were barely warm, fish was warm. I even called this McDonald's b4 placing order and asked that they prepare all my food fresh hot, especially the fries. Paid for large drink received medium, with hardly any ice in it... just overall unsatisfactory. Delivery items should always be prepared fresh very hot so they are still hot upon delivery. I live less than 1.5 miles from this McDonald's, driver was prompt but did take long way to my house. $28 for cold food is just completely unacceptable!!!!! McDonald's grub hub both need to do much better to resolve this ongoing issue
