During my recent visit to the restaurant, I observed the staff member at the window, who seemed more focused on her conversation than on serving customers. She handed my mother her order, which included just ice cream and a pie, but was almost careless, nearly dropping the bag in the process. My mom was simply trying to ensure she would receive her ice cream cone in a timely manner, yet the staff member continued to chat without paying attention and even displayed a bit of attitude. Basic customer service shouldn’t be too difficult, especially when the customer is polite.
