Waited over 1/2 hour for hash brown and drink. To have them say still working on it. I said just refund money. Refused. Sad Guess that’s how they make money as no one knew how to make the drink that is on the menu. And why send cars to spots when you are clueless who is where or who gets what. Think people should refuse. I would take pictures but never got any food or drinkAlso the person taking. Money said did you pass a person ????? Nope just drove up. Well did you see anyone ? In the other lane and they were still sitting there. Management needed. Or maybe just close the place. Second time I tried this place. Worthless. NOT FAST FOOD. give yourself an hour or more
I waited for 20 minutes at the curbside pickup before deciding to go inside to check on my order. I kept watching the drive-thru line move quickly. After seeing a woman drop off food at the drive-thru, I went in only to discover my order sitting on the counter while the curbside staff chatted and gossiped with their coworkers on break. I will be avoiding this location from now on.
Ridiculously slow service today topped it off other days they have had trouble getting order correct. Today we ordered at kiosk at 1:44 saw my order finally come off screen order didn't come out but saw it sitting on shelf in kitchen finally asked for manager and she got it fresh for me at 2:26. Sandwiches were warm but fries were cold. Will never go there again.
Horrible customer service, rude workers with automatic bad attitudes, come several times, always the same. Tried giving them the benefit of a doubt, always the same experience. Disorganized, makes you drive up and park at parking lot even though no one is behind. Rude all around. Sad to see such unhappy people.

Slow service, cold fries and rude managers yelling at the workers. Everyone standing around like they didn’t know what was going on. Don’t use your app and order ahead for coffee items or shakes because the machines go down.
Whenever I stop by to pick up a #4. I am always treated well and received my meal. Great place to grab a quick bite. Greatly appreciate the service the employees provide. I love their sweet ice tea.
The parking situation for getting a burger is quite unreasonable. I don't understand who thought it was a good idea to make customers park just to pick up their food.
Every time I go through the drive-thru, I end up waiting at least 40 minutes. It's absolutely terrible!
