Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

This is by far the worst MC Donald's I've ever been to and I do mean globally. Today I was unlucky order number 1902, I was told to wait in a bay, the food that came out was disgusting, the burgers were cold the chips were cold and stale. My wife called them to see what we could do to correct this order and we were met with absolutely appalling customer service a lady who answered the phone was full of excuses and did anything but address our issue or the issues with our order and to top it off refused to give her name when we asked for it. I don't know who's running this place but I won't be ordering here again

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could! Every time I go through the drive-thru, there is always a long wait and my order is always missing items. The food is cold and of low quality, and the staff argue with me when I ask for the missing items to be added. Even when I order online, items are left out and I have to go inside to collect the rest of my order. This McDonald's is definitely the worst within a 10 mile radius.

The service is good, but can be slow during busy times, with waits of up to 20 minutes, whether you are dining in or getting takeout, even for something as simple as a coffee. There is room for improvement in some areas, especially in terms of counter service etiquette, but overall it is satisfactory.

Long wait in the drive through and not the first time! Only 2 cars I front of me! Why not park them up and take their order out to them when ready?

The service at this restaurant was very slow. We waited 30 minutes to be seated and even longer to receive our meal.
