Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

We were given the wrong order. We showed the pick up window person our receipt, and after reviewing it, he couldn 't figure it out. He gave it to what seemed to be an assistant manager. She reviewed the receipt and asked us to go park. We politely refused. We pre-ordered and were on a time constraint. That person got a manager involved who grabbed the order and reviewed our receipt. She then asked us while reading the receipt if that was our order. We confirmed that it was. Within 30 seconds she had our order. She didn 't say anything to us as she walked away. I said, Sorry! to which she replied, no problem! . I said, Ummm, YOU are the one who should have apologized to us for the trouble bec...

Waited 30 minutes for a mobile doordash order pickup and multiple people came in, got food, and left (including another doordasher) before I got mine. Nobody speaks english and they cannot communicate the issues with a customer or with eachother. Simple, small meal, and couldn’t get it. I couldn’t continue my job because of this!

Food was ok, paper wrapped was teared which means laziness. The woman seemed to be a shiftleader/manager serving me the food was not customer serviceable and did not smile to me. She used phone in front of customers by the counter. Other employees was very great.

I get my Diet Coke almost every day from McDonald’s from the drive thru. Nothing compares to their fountain DC anywhere. I think the weekday morning drive thru service is better than the weekend service. Service and expediency is just much better on th weekdays. Reserva una mesa ahora

After being overcharged for my meal, was told I was only overcharged .28. Two meals for breakfast $21.00 this is not California!!! Charged me separately for hashbrown and drink, which is part of a meal ?‍. Poor management handling skills!!!

I used to give this McDonald's 4 stars. Down to 2 now. Fries are what I go to McDonald's for. Apparently, they never change their fry oil anymore. This is what I've ended up with the last 3 times

Couldn't get an ice cream cone, but after telling guy in window for 5 minutes we just wanted an ice cream done. He took payment from the app then said they had no ice cream. Shame on you!!

Fantastic service from the employees, my meals always come out perfect. Would love to come back again as long as those great employees are there.
