"I ordered a fish sandwich and it was completely taken apart in the box. It was a total mess. With the amount we pay for fast food these days, they should at least put it together properly instead of carelessly throwing it in the box."

According to Google, the restaurant opens at 5:30am. I commute out of town for work daily, so I occasionally stop by on my way out. Unfortunately, on three out of the last five occasions when I arrived after 6am with a mobile app order, the restaurant was still closed. This has never happened to me at a McDonald's before. It's also frustrating to have to go through the process of getting my online order refunded. I hope they can improve on their timing and customer service.
