Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

I used to work at this establishment and I do gotta say it’s the worst one yet no one wears gloss. People are touching things all over the place and then touching fries. The manager is such a rude person. She should not even be a manager the way, she talks to people make people cry and then I had a baby and she wanted me to come back four days later five days later and I was ready till my daughter started having health issues and then she kindly let me Go, like how do you expect me to be at work when I had to be at Children’s Hospital and I told you that I wasn’t even supposed to be back to work but I was willing to come back because I knew they needed the help and she still let me go. Horrible establishment and worst part is food selection is very small in this town.I had to wait several minutes before the manager told someone to take my order. Who also happened to be the one running food and didn't wash his hands after handling money and food.The tables were all dirty, I asked an employee to please wipe down a spot in the play place area so we could sit down.Then when we got our food the happy meal was missing the fries and toy and my burger was RAW!I asked them to remake it and they did but brought me out another one that more raw than the first, at this point I was fed up and just asked for my money back, the manager (Lexy) refunded me a fraction of what I spend and sa...

Super super slow service. Waited for someone to come to the till then had to wait for around 15 minutes just for my order. Two thirds of the wait they came and asked if I wanted a refund cause it was going to be a little longer. No adults in the building and only one person making food had gloves on. Seems like they only want to cater to the mobile app orders and not the lobby customers.

Ordered on the app and went to pick it up 40 mins later and it took them almost 20 mins to get my order together for 3 sandwiches and 3 fries. I have never had a McDonald's take this long. Last time we came here they gave me a sweet tea instead of an unsweetened tea so I gave it to my kids. I don't think we will be back to this location. Reserva una mesa ahora

If you like not getting your food and bad service, stop by here. Nobody was in the store and still mess up orders. Went through drive through the last couple times and still have to go in to get full/proper food. What a waste of time and space!!

They prefer to service 9 people behind me before I got my online order. I waited for over 27 minutes to never be serviced my food at all. I had to go inside with my Receipt just to prove that I paid for food that they didn't not give me.

This McDonald's was clean, friendly staff, and my favorite was the food came out temperature hot which is big for me. I do hate seeing the self ordering machines and less staff to take orders, but understand the times are changing.
