Came here for what we thought would be a nice Christmas Eve treat for our three year old daughter. How wrong we were. Firstly had to wait an absolute age to get our food as they seemed to prioritize delivery service over customers in the restaurant. Finally got our food and two of the meals were cold also the coffee. When we complained we were answered with what do you mean it 's cold?! I mean the opposite of hot! The attitude from the staff was appalling. A group of teen-agers who looked like they couldn 't be bothered, but reluctantly replaced the cold meals with new luke warm ones but as it was getting late we decided to just keep quiet and eat our food so we could get out as soon as poss...
Absolutely terrible. If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. Food isn't nice, drinks are always flat, they NEVER follow instructions and they always give you the wrong items. I can't eat cheese, so I ask for food without it, it ALWAYS comes with cheese. This isn't just a 1 time occurance, it's every single time. Mcdonalds do not make it easy to speak to customer service. Uber eats do not make it easy to speak to theirs. Now got a meal in the bin and been trying to get through for 20 minutes. Absolute shambles of a restaurant. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Apsalutly apauling service! Got home and half the food was missing amd order completly wrong, tried to ring up and tell them, spoke to a girl called Beth who said she was the manager who had disgusting attitude towards me. The way she spoke was atrocious. The whole place is being managed by children. I paid over 40 pound for meals and only received about 15 pounds worth. No help or apology. Do not recommend this mcdonald's
Pretty much every time now there are items missing from the order, this time we checked everything in the bag was there, totally forgot about the drinks, they didn 't even come out with any drinks in hand, they must be making a fortune on all the stuff they conveniently 'forget ' to give you. Don 't bother going if you want what you paid for

Items missing again going through drive thru for breakfast. Been back I don’t know how many times to collect missing items , this just seems to happen at this branch. Lids not on coffee properly, staff half asleep. Items missing again, got home I can’t be bothered to go back again. the hash browns are always greasy as well.
I’ve ordered Uber eats twice now and my son is a fussy eater and he loves the sugar donuts and twice they’ve sent Summat different instead of saying outa stock..clearly not thinking about packaging weather you’ve got allergies or not I think it’s absurd
Visited this restaurant today At 6.30am (not the height of the day 1car in front staff outside smoking the young lady rushed off her feet on her own and waited ten minutes plus for a tea not good enough McDonald’s get her some help …….
Turned away at 11:10pm on a Saturday night saying sorry, we closed! Door says 5am to 12 midnight! Lazy staff looking for an early dart!!!!!

Got food for a quick dinner delivered to the house and the burger was a disappointment leaving the paper on that's attached to the cheese
Rude manager. Continually the wrong order. Wrong change on wrong order. They wouldn’t accept responsibility
