Primo - Reservar una mesa

Service was shocking! Took 40 mins to take our order, 3 out of the 4 meals was good, hot and tasty. Sadly 1 meal was cool, bland and dry. The service was awful, abrupt and rude. So sad as it really spoilt our evening out as became uncomfortable when the waitress came over. No smile, no eye contact, abruptly spoke to us. Had to asked twice for cutlery. Ate our main with a dessert spoon and took cutlery off the next table to eat our dessert whilst staff chatting at the bar area. Spent nearly £200 between 4 of us. Please improve your service as it really spoilt our evening.

Booked a table online and was told that it would be confirmed by email. No email arrived (Inbox or Junk), so I called to confirm. Eventually I was told that they were fully booked and all of the mails had been replied to. Now why on earth would I call if I had received a reply? If somebody had just been honest and said that there had been a mistake made, I would have accepted it, but to spin a load of BS was out of order. If this is the attitude before you get in the place, I can't see the customer service improving at the table. Very disappointing.

Thank you Francesca the team for another excellent evening at Primo! We visited last night for our Dads special Birthday. The service was as ever 1st class, the food was at the highest standard, choice of wines and drink spot on and ambiance perfect! It is not surprising this is our favourite and first choice of restaurants. We look forward to seeing you again soon. x
