McDonalds is always an iffy place, as is any fast food restaurant. Cannot always expect everything to be fast or perfect, but still generally some good food for a quick bite. Grabbed food for my kids one night and they forgot an order of nuggets. So I tried calling an their phones were completely offline, (mind you this was while the construction was going on). They were not informed that their phone lines were down, so I just sent them a polite email telling them their phones were down when I tried calling about my nuggets. The blonde manager on AM duty did a decent job in catering to my needy self. The lobby did not open until 8 am even though breakfast starts at 6 am so I was a bit put off by that. I had special requests on 4 sandwiches and my food was prepared accurately. The one set of soda machine was dispensing fountain beverages lukewarm. The MimuteMaid lemonade labeled on the machine did not exist, just water. The bathroom sink was really nice. The first counter girl had no patience with us. When I encountered an issue with the mobile app the Mgr was quick to aide us. It was a decent experience, but we would not return to this location again, at breakfast time at least.
we just went through the drivethru and although they were having technical difficulties with their registers and it was a bit of a wait, the sweet women working the drivethru gave my kids an extra toy and completely made their night!! And it made my night to see someone go the extra mile even when they were trying to rush! Just wanted to say thank you!!
I never realized that I could customize my mocha frappe (my favorite drink) with an espresso shot and cookie crumbles! Now that I know it's possible, I have discovered a newfound love for this drink!

Best mcdonalds in town secret to having a good review is not having cold fries .. Trinity doesn't have cold food if anyone is asking hot food off the grill ...Thanks trinity mcdonalds.
The morning staff was very friendly and I received my meal within minutes. I had a great experience and definitely will be back for breakfast again.
The store is great, there are times when I do get the wrong order or a missing items but that only ever happens once every like 2 months or less
Food is always good and they always put Xtra ice in my coke that makes me very happy
