Terrible experience this weekend. Purchased a big Mac with cheese using the drive tru service. Parked car and began eating the burger and realized the burger had no cheese. Wen back to the window and the staff seemed to doubt me even thought I had the receipt. Ask for the manager who asked to see the original burger and she said I ate part of the burger and said nothing else. I looked at her and had to explain I didn't realize the order was wrong until I took two bites and she said well you already started eating it and again didn't offer a replacement. I had to ask for a replacement and the manager still was reluctant. Well I got the replacement and will never visit this place again.
this situation is really disappointing. they get their order incorrectly guaranteed. the drinks we have ordered from here have a terrible after the taste that tastes like machines. we had to pour out every drink because it was simply unimaginable. the double cheeseburger I ordered was also unnecessarily greasy, the French pommes lubricated as just cheering and I know that mcdonalds pommes are amazing. also eliminate management and the employees. all seem unprofessional and unpredictable. would not be surprised if they all sleep on the job. would not recommend this location unless they want to order someone else. please train your employees?!
don't go here. Don't do it. they will make their order wrong. this female employee insisted that the order she gave me was mine when I knew it was not very good, but she insisted that I took the order. When I came home, I was really shocked. not only the order wrong, everything tasted terrible. the chickens were boiled and slightly cold in the middle. the pommes lubricated like schulfries. I know how mcdonalds pommes taste and how they gave me it wasn't. let me not even start the drinks, we had to throw it out because the drinks all had these strange after the taste they made bad. please train these brains and change the management!
at the arrival in McDonald’s I ordered what I wanted, but received another person order. even insisted that it was ours, what it wasn't. they were cold, and so were the chickening-uggets. the drinks probably had to be the worst part of it. the drinks had a burned rubber after the taste, which we immediately threw off because it is not edible. very disappointed by eating and customer service. Anyway, I would go to this place to order the majority of the time she would get my order completely wrong. then they owe it to the customer.
the employees here are either brain dead or sleeping on the job. one of the employees insisted that an order was mine, although I told them it was not. After I came home, I realized that this was another person job. this place is a real disappointment. please don't go here if you want meont three times or four times check their order. ps. the drinks all have a taste that makes them sick. I'll tell you now, you'll regret coming here.
Not to bad, the lines get long but they do move at a decent speed. Just check your bag before leaving like any other place mistakes do happen. If your going to order hash browns ask if they are ready if not you’ll be asked to wait in one of the pick up spots in your car while they make them fresh which does take a while so if your in a rush ask first.
