Ordered at 10:53p. Was told that I never paid, which I paid in cash and was told that I needed to show my receipt. Was then told to pull up and 15 min later was given food. I asked why it took 15 mins and was told because they understaffed. I completely understand that but I want communication letting me know it’s going to be a bit. I was the only car in the line. Girl then proceeds to say she was the GM at Raymond Sonic and that I drive a small car yet I’m fat. I hope she’s not a manager, but I will be contacting whomever I need to so I can share my HORRIBLE experience.
this mcdonald 's went from great to 'I don't give a D*MN when her burger is a rock '. my family would buy at least once a week from this place and now we don't even want to look at it when we drive it away to another place 9 miles away. the employees do not care about their order and will only be to 'move along, scoot scoot '. go and eat, proves me wrong.
The manager decided that they no longer wanted to serve customers so they lied about having a large door dash order. They completely closed the store at 10:48 pm. The store closes at midnight. About 15 minutes later the entire staff was outside smoking and telling customers the system was down. I pay too much for gas to be wasting it on lazy workers.
frequently false orders, rude employees and terrible customer service. it is slow to get her to eat and when they get it, they need to check their bag, just be disappointed that it is wrong or something is missing. then be ready to wait again. it is not worth it, with other mcdonald’s locations around.

The drivethru was unacceptably congested and it was a double drivethru... SMH... 2 top it off this not the first time my food has not been fresh .. meaning it was pre made and barely warm...BLAHHHHH
The service at this restaurant was terrible. The cashier did not listen to my order and I had to repeat it four times, but it was still incorrect.
The staff at the restaurant were incredibly patient and friendly. I really appreciated their service. The food came out quickly. God bless them.
The food was fresh and the employees working tonight (1/28/2022) did a great job. Keep up the positive energy and great food!
