I had to change my 4 star experience- the food was literally slapped together, the lettuce was soggy from the overwhelming amount of mayo, my Mobil order took forever and didn't come complete... we were missing a drink, and a $5 sandwich, they gave 2happy meals instead of one and neither had a drink. We had to wait for our drive through order, we told the young man that brought our order out that two chicken sandwiches were missing. He took the bag and checked, said no, they are at the bottom. We got home and the sandwiches were not in the bag!!!Partly our fault for not checking thoroughly but when you have a big order and there's a line behind you, you take their wordfor it
I truly love this restaurant! It's definitely one of my top three favorites. Every time I've ordered from here, the fries have been piping hot, and their iced coffee and lattes are flavored just right—not too bitter and not too sweet. I've never had any problems with incorrect orders or unhelpful staff. Keep up the fantastic service and delicious food!
Never ready in the morning at 5:30am. Orders take a very long time. About a 10 min Wait. Every morning doesn?t fail. If they open at 5:30am they should be ready to serve at 5:30am. I would leave less stars if I could.

One of the best McDonald's I've driven through and you've eaten inside sparkling clean it's ran with an old woman Latina crew they are amazing it looks like they make you feel like you're in their kitchen
Drive thru window is pretty slow, but I think with Covid and all they aren't yet fully staffed. Interior is huge and there is also a small patio area there too. Plenty of parking in the back.
The restaurant's opening hours are not always reliable, but the food is generally good. There have been instances where they have forgotten to include ketchup or sauces with the order.
This store in South Pasadena is quiet, clean and great staff. And no homeless and drunks sleeping around. I'm tired of this problem in California.
