I was very impressed by my 2.52nd afternoon visit from 1st February 2020. The man who took my order was clear about the loudspeaker, precise, and extremely polite. I was impressed! it is rare and unusual to find a young person, who manns the register, who performs her order with such a high degree of courtesy and carefree. these McDonald’s like other companies have to face a difficult time to find good employees. this man should praise for his excellent representation of mcdonalds. This restaurant has everything you need - hot, fresh, and quick service. Although it may just be McDonalds, there's nowhere else you can get those delicious fries and a double quarter pounder with cheese that tastes like it came straight from Mickey Dees. While some burger places may be better and others worse, sometimes you just crave the unique flavors of Taco Bell, even though it's not authentic Mexican food. Their tacos, Crunchwraps, and Burrito Supremes can only be found at Taco Bell.
It may seem weird to review a McDonalds but I've been here twice around 10 am in the drive through and their customer service in taking an order, and speediness with having the food/drink ready both times, with the food and coffee hot and made perfectly, made such an impression on me that I felt compelled and inspired to give them an awesome review. It really inspired me that there is pride in their work and that they care to go the extra mile. Great job Cirby location McDonalds!!!!
The restaurant staff was efficient and professional, providing good service in a timely manner. However, we were disappointed to find that the terrace tables were dirty, forcing us to dine inside. Additionally, the men's restroom was not clean. Hopefully, the cleanliness improves next time, as this experience may be my last. This occurred on a quiet weekday afternoon with few customers.

I received the incorrect order at this restaurant, so I went to McDonald's instead. The corrected order I received at McDonald's was not fresh. The fries were hard and the fish fillet was difficult to chew. This location is not a good option for late-night dining. Located at Cirby and Sunrise in Sacramento, CA.
They regularly do not include the straws or nugget sauces I order. It's very disappointing. However, the kitchen always gets my orders correct.

Classic McDonalds visit after my doctor appointment. Customer service was alright but they did give me extra ranch so kudos!!!

The muffins were so tough that they were impossible to bite through. The hashbrowns came to the table cold.
Fries are always soft and they always forget things about my order like no cheese for ex.
