the manager is very unprofessional, the crew does not get my order management called me a lie and asked for my input. I told her the time on the reception and she said that is thirty minutes, but because she is so unprofessional, it takes almost thirty minutes to get her order when the trip thru is wrapped around the building. When I put them in chess, she said that you don't know how many people try to get free food. I'll explain to her that it's not all the same. she needs customer service training badly.

I paid for 2 double quarter pounder meals and recieved 2 quarter pound meals. The girl taking the order at the drive thru window was so concerned with talking over my fiance who was placing the order rather than listening to what he was saying. I wanted a shake instead of a soda so my fiance was in the middle of asking if the drink could be upgraded to a shake and she just said what to drink? I have to wait 30 minutes, only for pommes. after 30 minutes and no fries hungry. they are only restaurant with closed lobbys. mcdonald gets stupid.
