Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

The McDonald's in St. Louis is the worst! From the drive-thru customer service to the long wait times and the low quality of the food, everything is terrible. This used to be a busy location, but since the dull building upgrade (which is also poorly lit up at night making it hard to tell if it's open), the store has really gone downhill. It's not up to McDonald's standards at all. They must be losing a lot of money every month. Where are the area manager and the district manager? Why aren't they making any changes or moving management around to improve things? I haven't had hot, fresh fries in years...and that's if they even get my order right! Someone needs to step up and fix this situation...

My experience at this drive-thru restaurant on Sunday morning was terrible. On three separate occasions, my single order was incorrect and my cold drink was not only wrong, but also disgusting. I always order half iced tea, but the first time there was no sugar at all, the second time an artificial sweetener was used (gross), and this morning it was half cut with coffee (not what I ordered). It's frustrating that my drink order can't even be served correctly.

From an odd location, closed in the middle of the day, while customers were still eating, we encountered a large establishment where a staff member refused to take our orders and demanded that we leave the premises. This behavior made us wonder if other customers dining inside would also be treated in the same manner.

Everytime I come to this McDonald's we have issues. This time we ordered two sweet teas and a hashbrown. The drinks were handed to us only half filled and were unsweet. It's not a machine error because teas are filled by hand. I will say, they were friendly when I went inside to fix it. Reserva una mesa ahora

I'm crazy. I ordered a big iced caramel latte. first they wanted to give me a cold coffee on a hot coffee cup. then, when I told him not right, please, put it in the right cup. he gave me a medium. I just went on. please train their employees on iced vs hot

Place is a joke. Get there 30 minutes before closing or 30 minutes after opening and the place is either completely dark of you are just left in the drive thru for 10 minutes without anyone taking your order. Has happened more than once. Disgraceful.

It takes at least 10 minutes to get through the drive thru. You sit silently at the speaker for at least half of that and then more time if someone is in front of you. They are only capable of taking care of 2 cars at a time.

Terrible service. Rude employees. Doesn't matter time of day its always the same. Lived down the street for 7 years, used to be one of the bests, now at the bottom. Good thing there're plenty of other places close by. Reserva una mesa ahora

At some point it came from this place to home. fries were good, but the nuggets were filthy. a fingernail found in my sprite hexe was just great. at least I hope it's a nail.

The doors are locked during business hours, and there is no sign posted. A simple sign would be enough clarification.
