Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

The manager and worker at this restaurant were absolutely awful and displayed unprofessional behavior. I placed a mobile order and when I informed the worker that we never received our vanilla cone, she rudely told us that they were not going to fix it and called for the manager. The manager came over in an aggressive manner, slamming things and showing a lack of respect. It was a typical McDonald's experience with the manager acting crazy. The workers should have more respect for their job and follow protocol. However, the young man at the counter was very respectful.

The staff at this restaurant is terrible. They are very rude and not customer-friendly, especially when the manager is present. If there is an issue with my order, they blame me instead of taking responsibility. Every order I receive is sloppy, rushed, and the meat tastes old and rubbery. They have a serious problem with their employees, especially those working upfront. This is completely unacceptable. I will make sure to tell everyone about how awful this McDonald's is, and I will never come back here again. Thanks for the "service."

Walked in, a shout from the service area be right with you a few moments later another person came up front to take my order, then a shout from the first service person stop, he can wait a couple of minutes the person taking my order stop looking at me looked back at her supervisor smile back at me may I take your order I smile back, and said good job and gave her my order. That supervisor made everyone , including myself, very uncomfortable and unapprecieated.

It’s McDonald’s, so you can’t expect too much. While ordering, the cashier cut us off, so the order was incomplete. I ordered the Spicy Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and it was made with the McChicken patty instead of the correct one. The order was also missing food. Love when they make me pull up to the last window forget about me and my order after paying and ask what I order tell them again and they still don’t give me my complete order 3 double cheese burgers a McDouble and two hot and spicy mcchicken not a complicated order but not sure who they have working but fire them cause they don’t care

They are just so rude like for WHAT?! honestly go to any other McDonald’s not this one like they really need to calm down if you have a code they will act like they put it in “sorry there’s nothing we can do about that” like you asked “what’s the code” acting like you put it in or something

I went through the drive-thru and had to wait a few minutes, which was understandable considering my $60 order. However, they forgot to include my apple fritter in the bag. It's important for them to double-check orders before customers leave any establishment.

Typical! Counter service was occasionally manned if someone waited long enough during my time there. I used the kiosk. More focus is put on drive-thru traffic. Clean, but also devoid of inside customers, so not much foot traffic. Reserva una mesa ahora

106 and Cicero McDonald's is the worst. Always forget something and I always have to park. Fries are always cold and buns stale. Need something done with management. New building but not new service
