Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

This McDonald's used to be one of the best, but has become the worst in the last year. Today was the third time in the past year that my order took over 30 minutes, with today's wait time setting a new record of 45 minutes. I don't blame the hardworking workers in the restaurant, as they were trying to catch up with orders that were already delayed by 20 minutes. However, the management seemed to be more focused on talking with staff and avoiding customers rather than addressing the issue. If you're willing to wait at least 30 minutes for your fast food order and be ignored by management, then feel free to visit this place.

I visited this McDonald's about an hour ago. The girl who handled my order payment was rude. The one who gave me my food was pleasant but gave me the wrong items. I ordered 2 cheeseburger meals but received nuggets and fries instead. My husband had to go back to get the correct order and noticed a group of rowdy high school girls in the back. It seems like they need a better supervisor or someone to keep things in order. McDonald's really needs to improve because all the locations in the area have a similar experience.

The employees are extremely lazy, which is a direct reflection of the management. They consistently fail to bring your food out promptly for curbside pickup, make mistakes with orders, including attempts to correct previous errors, and the fries always seem to be cooked in old oil. The breakfast is also terrible, with long waits for coffee that still somehow manages to be messed up.

No napkins : didnt realize I had to ask for them. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and my chicken was so tough to bite into??? I almost go scared wondering why I couldnt tear it with my teeth. I couldnt finish it cause I got to worried it wasnt handled right. This is an honest review I hate being negative but I wasnt that impressed : Reserva una mesa ahora

Nice to see Speedy at the helm of this McDonald's. Service was exhaustingly slow here. Only one cashier, in training, unfortunately lots of customers. Ordering process was slow ???? once Order was placed, food was ready fairly quickly. Store was somewhat clean but not too great. Will try again. Perhaps better next time

I was really disappointed with my bacon ranch sandwich as it was missing both the bacon and the ranch. To make matters worse, my fries were cold and only filled halfway. It was quite impressive to mess up a simple sandwich like that.

This McDonalds rarely gives straws, always forgets dipping sauces and at times forgets items completely that are listed on the order.

Very pleasant, I ordered a small strawberry shake, and it came with whipped cream. No complaints.i would recommend. Reserva una mesa ahora

The mocha frappe was placed on its side in the drink carrier and spilled everywhere.

The chicken sandwich is slightly dry but still tasty, everything else is flawless.
