This McDonald's used to be one of the best, but over the past year it has become the worst. Today marked the third time I've waited over 30 minutes for my order, with a new record of 45 minutes. I don’t fault the hardworking staff, who were clearly trying to keep up with orders already delayed by 20 minutes. However, the management appeared more interested in chatting with employees and avoiding customers than resolving the problem. If you're okay with waiting half an hour or more for fast food and being overlooked by management, then this location might be for you.
I visited this McDonald's about an hour ago. The girl who handled my order payment was rude. The one who gave me my food was pleasant but gave me the wrong items. I ordered 2 cheeseburger meals but received nuggets and fries instead. My husband had to go back to get the correct order and noticed a group of rowdy high school girls in the back. It seems like they need a better supervisor or someone to keep things in order. McDonald's really needs to improve because all the locations in the area have a similar experience.
No napkins were provided; I didn’t realize I needed to ask for them. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, but the chicken was surprisingly tough to bite into. I was almost worried because I couldn’t tear it with my teeth. I couldn’t finish it as I became concerned that it hadn’t been handled properly. This is an honest review—I don’t like being negative, but I wasn’t very impressed.
As this location is always a long wait either by drive through to going in but at this time I had been driving 2 half hours and just wanted a quick bit as the nuggets were dry and not recently cooked but will say my quarter pounder was cooked as requested no onions extra pickles I am just surprised that people have to wait to receive their food to be brought out

Greatest comfort food of all time but this one is just okay seems like everytime I go fries are cold [don't have to tell you about cold Mc d fries] and orange hi c is always out but the normal familiar food is good I mean it's Mc Donald's so not expecting too much
After making line for some time when it was my turn the Idjet walked away and after returning the breakfast menu had been changed to lunch and it didn 't want to honor me, my time in line for breakfast. He said that now it was lunch.
Embarrassed to say but it was my second trip in one day. This Mc Donald's is always reliable . Food is always fresh and hot. The second trip was at the request of my grandson who asked specifically for McDonald's farm nuggets.
McDonald's is always, and has always been my favorite fast food restaurant! Even on days when the food wasn't the best, I will always forgive them because nobody is perfect, but they sure do try!?????????? Yummy!?

Was waiting over 40 minutes for an interview. It seems like the restaurant is not coherent with their company. The website granted me an interview, but it seems like they just had me wait until I left.
Poor drive through service, food is never ready at window and they have you go to the side and wait another 15-20 minutes for your
