I had ordered food through Uber Eats and when he handed me my order, he had packed the food and beverage together. I was unaware that the drinks were inside the bag, so I returned to ask him about it. When I brought it up, he became angry and nearly got into a physical altercation with me. He even threatened to call the police. I informed him that I had done nothing wrong and if he felt the need to involve the authorities for no reason, he should go ahead.

I decided to give this place a chance even though I had previously visited twice and found it to be dirty with unprofessional staff. During my most recent visit, I saw two young workers bringing out ice to refill the empty machine. I was shocked when I witnessed a customer using his bare hands to scoop up ice for his drink. When I spoke up, the workers laughed it off and walked away. The cashier even rolled her eyes at me when I warned another customer not to use the machine. This restaurant is absolutely disgusting. If possible, I would give it zero stars.
I've tried this McDonald's multiple times but I'm finally done with it. They can't get an order correctly no matter if you order in store or through the app. Asked to remove or add something to a sandwich? You are going to receive whatever is on their mind at the moment. In my last order fries were undercooked, one item was missing, they ignored an ingredient removal and tossed the food in the bags in a way that dismantle the burgers.
1. If you are going to charge $1.39 (full price soda) for a tap water, then you should tell the customer you are doing so at the time of ordering, and not leave him to find out from his receipt.2. If you do not have apple slices for a kids meal, then you should offer a substitute or a discount, instead of silently leaving them out, and acting as if it is out of your control when I bring it to your attention.

Dude, it's a McDonald's, what did you expect? It's a casual spot to hang out. It's a bit dirty. The staff can be pretty clueless (except for this one guy, he's great, I can't remember his name though) but they're all laid-back. There are occasional fights and the police show up frequently.
Ordered 1 apple pie at 5 pm Got it half cold at 5:30. Went to the bathroom in my half hour, womens toilet broken with piles of poop in it, mens toilet covered in pee. It is McDonald's But this is one for the books!??
