This place discriminates against African American people by the difference in the way they treat their customers. My food is always cold and the service was not good. The employees will ignore me when I ask questions and never call out my number when the food is ready. I always have to sit and wait hear numbers get called that came well after me.
No drive-thru and they usually don't have curbside spaces available. They usually don't bring the food to your space. I have to go inside to pick up my food every time. And usually my drinks have melted and I still have to wait for my order. Drive further to get to a different McDonald's to save yourself time and trouble.
The itchiest place in Falls Church, empty sorrel on the table, 3 orders including my 2nd burger, waited 15 minutes, employees are doing something else just not working and it’s always like that, Where is the administrator or director of this vision looking, this is a disaster
The workers are so bad they treat me like a dog this is the least time I’m eating here I ordered something through the McDonald’s app. They didn’t want to give me my order and I ended up paying. and didn’t get my food so I leave McDonald’s without my order Reserva una mesa ahora
Cashier got the order wrong. No manager in shop to correct the problem. Woman behind the counter was very unfriendly. We are not going to this location any more.
Just note if your not from the area gotta make s quick stop the kids this McDonald's does not have a drive thru. Be ready to get out and go inside lol
no coffee. At the same time, you can pay for it. Why can't you indicate missing items before purchasing?
