Several times, employees and management passed by without saying hello or recognizing that I needed help. It took me ten minutes or so to ultimately get to the point where I had to ask for help loudly. When she began speaking to her coworkers in Spanish, the management remarked, Give me a second, to which they all laughed. This kind of conduct has happened multiple times. Please try to avoid going to this site if at all possible. The food is excellent, but the way the management handles the business is terrible.
Management and staff walked past several times without greeting or acknowledging I needed assistance. After about 10 mins i finally reach the point where in a loud tone I had to ask to be service. Upon that the management said give me a second as she started speak in Spanish to her colleagues and they all proceeded to laugh. This type of behavior has occurred on several occasions. If you able to avoid going to this location please do so. Food is great just the way the management runs business is appalling.
Employees were nice but 2/3 times we visited the orders were wrong. It wasn't due to language since the second time it was a coupon for a combo(in Spanish) and they gave me a box with just 4 wings. The wait time was pretty long considering how empty they were. The best part was the play area for the kids. They had a mini trampoline in the play area too and separate seating for the kids.
I dined in and found the service to be incredibly slow, especially since the restaurant wasn't busy at all. My breakfast arrived cold, and my order was incorrect, forcing me to get up and fix it myself. I also paid extra for a drink to be prepared a specific way, but it wasn't made as requested.

I have never been disappointed and disrespected at a freakin McDonald’s I will give a bad review every day until you fix your customer service! Teach your Sunday drive through team members respect and customer service asap
I've had to return food 4 straight times 4 straight visits. Every time they tried to give me re-cooked burgers and nuggets... now I see why it was empty and the one down the street stays packed. I won't be going there
I had a positive experience at McDonald's. The chicken nuggets were tasty, and the Big Mac I ordered was just as I expected. My order was accurate and met my expectations.
I received dirty looks and saw the staff gossiping about me behind the counter while I waited for the manager for my interview. I wouldn't recommend dining here either.

This location is definitely hit or miss! Loitering can get out of hand. Customer service is bare minimum but could also be the language
