I went to this location Sunday about 12:15. I had a problem the last time I was in and contacted a manager. The manager was nice and would replace the order and talk to the rude employees. So Sunday I decided to try again. Well nothing changedhorrible service, a lady ignoring me as I'm talking to her. When she finally decided to try and help me it was like she didn'twant to work. She disappeared for bit. All of a sudden. She starts talking from about 10 feet away. I turn to see who istalking to and she says talking to you. I tell her I'm not used to having talk to me from across the room. She never washed herhands and picked trashed off the ground. My large fries were less than half full. Wh...
This used to be the McDonalds in my area to go too and never had an issue. The last few times I have gotten food here. I have gotten the wrong food. Whether it is just the kids meal that is messed up or the entire bag is literally someone else'sorder. Food is still great when I get it. Service is only low because of the need for me to double check everything before I gohome in fear that I will get something my family is allergic too. Let alone it just is not what I actually ordered.
I find it quite frustrating that I can’t ride my bike through to pick up a milkshake after finishing work at 10 PM. Allowing this option could be beneficial for the restaurant financially. Otherwise, I could use the drive-thru if it's open. Another suggestion would be to leave the door open and notify me that sitting inside isn't allowed, similar to the arrangements during the 2020 season.

I am truly disappointed with this McDonald's. This isn't just a baseless complaint. They asserted that my order was ready when it actually wasn't. I overheard staff in the kitchen mentioning they just wanted to hurry up and move on without paying attention to customers. It's hard to comprehend that they would overlook a paying customer who wasn't being rude at all. I won't be coming back.
The service is really quick and the food is generally fresh—unless you're hoping for fresh cookies. I always request a fresh 3-pack of chocolate chip cookies, and so far, they’ve never disappointed. (Fingers crossed!) Just keep in mind that the lobby closes fairly early.
The dining area closed earlier than anticipated. The staff prompted us to move up in the drive-thru despite there being just one car in front of us. They also handed us the wrong order, and with the door locked, we had no choice but to return to the drive-thru.
It's McDonald's....you get less than you pay for these days. I would not eat the food. Coffee and unsweetened tea is fine though

All of the kiosks were down and there was only 1 cashier taking orders. I had to go back because they forgot an item.
I walked in with no wait time. Everyone was friendly and efficient. My food was hot and fresh—I really enjoyed it!
