The staff were exceptionally friendly today, October 29th. There were even gifts for the children ? and the food was hot and fresh. Great experience! I'm a regular customer at this branch and generally satisfied, but I'd like to point out that the promised Happy Meal toys have never been available, and the children are always fobbed off with substitute items. I find this particularly unfortunate at this branch. After all, I'm one of those customers who comes because of my children, and unfortunately, there's always been a long face. The matcha latte wasn't available today either. Product availability needs improvement.
What a difference a driver's friendliness can make... The delivery took way too long today – I was so annoyed, even canceling didn't work the way I wanted. In the end, I'm glad, because as annoyed as I was, the employees were helpful and in the end, they brought me warm, fresh, delicious food from a super-friendly driver. His friendliness and positive demeanor alone made my frustration disappear, and that's not something you can take for granted! The lady on the phone was also helpful and very friendly despite the stress she was having – and finally: thank you! I was so happy about the extra apple turnovers! :
10/25/25 We had to wait 40 minutes for our takeout order. The process was very chaotic, and many customers were annoyed by the long wait. The employees behind the counter are completely overwhelmed! And in the kitchen, the burgers are assembled without gloves. You go to a fast-food restaurant to get your food quickly... When we finally received our order after the aforementioned 40 minutes and drove home, we noticed that a box of 20 chicken McNuggets was missing. 10 euros wasted! Thanks for nothing!!!!!
A typical McDonald's. Unfortunately, things often get forgotten, and I always check to make sure everything's there. The parking lot, with its high curbs, is completely unfriendly to rims. As a result, the charging station for electric cars is often used without charging, as parking is easier there. Unfortunately, even the company's own delivery service does this.

For 3 out of 4 pre-orders, the two pick-up parking spaces were blocked by restaurant guests, so you had to go to the overcrowded drive-thru. The staff at the counter had limited language skills, making it impossible to address the problems directly on the spot. Perhaps this will be read here.
I always go for coffee in the morning and read books while I drink, and in my opinion, McDonald's is the best. They've been keeping up with standard coffees for a long time! And every time, I get a great cup of coffee! Keep it going!
Typical McDonald's, nothing more needs to be said. And I hate those kiosks like the plague. They're the worst invention from McDonald's and the like.
I ordered from Lieferando at 5:50 PM, and my order didn't arrive until 7:22 PM. The entire meal was completely cold.
