Lobby drive thru open. We were there parking outside to eat in at about 7:50 PM, use the restroom but I had to go back get my cell phone from car. Asked the children to stand safely by where I could see them by front (window door visible inside out entrance. As soon as I came back within seconds with my phone, the proprietor had already just locked the door onegranddaughter exclaimed, basically in their little faces ! I was amazed because my family was right there. How rude I thoughtbut knocked on the glass door to no avail. Simultaneously getting my phone to call them. Only a few customers looked over mouthed they had closed. Finally a couple of those customers came out. One guy rudely made...
I've had multiple issues with this location. I work nights and i stop by around 330am to get something to eat. My order is always wrong. I can be the only car in the drive thru, and my order is still gets messed up. Customer service at this location sucks. I'm through giving them second and third chances. I will never go back!!!! Ordered 2 quarter pounders with NO onions....Plenty of onions on both of them
Horrible customer service by ?B? (the manager). Gave my six year old daughter a cardboard container of sauce. Didn?t see right away. Had to come all the way back. No apologies. Now I have to file a dispute with my credit card company and file a complaintwith McDonald?s corporate. Thanks for wasting my time B
I felt constipated so i rolled in here and placed an order...Predictably, everything loosened up in an intestinal explosion the likes of which can only be experienced here. If you're going for a colonoscopy, make a visit here part of your cleansingexperience for optimal testing results.

The nice gentleman who worked this morning in the Drive-Thru took out order, is super professional and kind. I?m a regular and things have changed for the best here lately. I forget to get his name, but he is by far the best employee I?ve come across atthis location.
Order is always wrong or missing something entirely. We live 5 minutes from this location and washed our hands of it, we now go to the one on 19 or the one in Dunedin. Nothing more frustrating then your order bring wrong EVERY time.
Safety Harbor location.. Drive through, person who took order got the order for 5 people correct with with no repeats and was super friendly. Good location.
I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru at 1 PM with only about three cars ahead of me, including mine. I hope they can work on improving their service.
