The new McDonald's is terrible compared to the old one. They took a place that was fun , rich in color and life and turned it into this monotonous ,boring , lifeless thing that looks more suitable hold office meetings then to have kids anywhere near the place. I don't know who told McDonald's that they need to look like Star Bucks but they should be fired. As always the new McDonald's is pushing the kiosks. I didn't want to order from one of those and took about 5 minutes to get the attention of one of the couple people that actually work there now. This location features a revamped drive through with multiple ordering kiosks and multiple pick up windows. We used the app to order ahead and gave our number to the kiosk, they told us to pull up. At the first window, we confirmed that we were a mobile order and she had us pull up to the second window. At the second window a woman asked us which order was ours, as if they were out of sequence and we relayed our order. She asked us to pull up to the third window and wait there. We waited at the third window for over ten minutes, and saw seven different cars claim orders from the second window and pull around us to leave. The food is always hot and freshly made here (compared to other McDonald’s locations where I feel like they serve refried fries and nuggets half the time), and the staff is nice. I appreciate both of those things and this is my favorite McDonald’s location. However, I am so sad they tore down the old one to put up this more industrialized modern looking McDonald’s. The charm of the old building and nostalgia is no longer there. I used to come to this location when I was a little kid, and seeing it always made me remember the fond memories I had there. I went to this McDonald’s since I was little and it felt like down to earth, down the street, mom and pop McDonald’s, where the servers knew you by first name and greeted people with an upbeat tone and smile. I went tonight and the food was good the service was fine. But it just feels too commercial this does not feel like the place where I had so many memories playing with friends and winning stuffed animals. It looks nice but for me it lost its magic touch. It’s no longer a place to congregate for birthday parties or play with friends over burgers and fries. It’s just tech savvy “fast food”.

this place should be quick to eat, there is nothing fast about it, no one does it a little quick to wait in the driveway for over 10 or 15 minutes I could simply pull away not even wait for my eating, maybe a day mcdonald’s will actually hire someone with a brain and actually will do something about there, now I remember why I don’t go here
Nothing against the staff or food. Never have too many problems here. However, the old McDonald’s was fantastic. This new one they recently built doesn’t even have a soda fountain. Not sure how the modern style fits with the brand. Not what it used to be smh.
This McDonald's is by far the best McDonald's in the state! Superior staff, amazing atmosphere, a wonderful collection of modern and nostalgia as a Milford Icon! May this McDonald's continue to be a staple in Devon for years to come!
The service was slow, we waited 5 minutes for our fries while watching 4 other cars go through before us. We received a medium-sized drink instead of a large, and it wasn't cold to go. I would recommend trying a different location.

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow, with a large, slow manager leading the staff. It took a long time for our food to arrive, making it the slowest dining experience I have ever had.
The service was very rapid; my McChicken sandwiches were in the bag without being unwrapped but everything else was awesome.
