I stopped by the café for a mocha frappe, being a bit of a caffeine addict. The inside was completely empty, though the drive-thru was quite busy. No one was at the cash register, and three employees walked by me without acknowledging my presence, as if I were just part of the holiday decorations. After finishing a cup of Coke right in front of me, one of the staff members finally asked me for my order. Even an Uber Eats driver was waiting around because the orders weren’t being prepared. I chose to wait since I needed the caffeine boost to continue my drive.
The french fries and fish sandwiches were colder than the drink! Anthony believes this is the best McDonald's in the world, but the reality is quite different. The tartar sauce was slathered all over the sandwich, which was served on cold bread with cold fish and cold fries. It seems that at night, they shut off the fryer and just put the fries in a pan right after they come out, allowing grease to pool in the pan without anything to keep them hot. If you enjoy cold food, this is definitely the McDonald's for you. COLD, COLD, COLD FOOD – come and get it!
I went up to the counter to place my order and waited for 10 minutes without anyone attending to me, as they were too busy handling app orders. So, I decided to return to my car and order through the app instead, and I received my sandwich in just 5 minutes. What's wrong with this situation? I should have just left and gone to Hardee's.
They are short stuff and don't have everything on their menu I order thru their mobile app. When the manager came out she said they are short staffed and don't have their pies made up so I had to get something else with my order. I understand places areshort staff right now however they did give some extra items to make up for it.

I can't recall the last time I had fresh, hot, perfectly salty French fries from McDonald's that transported me back to my childhood, but this time they delivered. The food was just right, the taste was great, and the young staff at the drive-thru were exceptionally friendly. Thank you!
Went this morning for breakfast our hash browns were all grease. Ask the manager to make us fresh ones he said , their grease needs changed and they only have one maintenance man so they can?t do it. So they rather serve something that you can?t eat
This McDonald's is not the greatest. The main problem I frequently face here is the subpar service. It always seems like there aren't enough employees, which leads me to choose Hardee's or Sheetz nearby instead. They provide better service and food.
My burger was really juicy and hot/freshly made but I mostly appreciate the well stocked baby changing station in the men’s room that I used to change my toddler

The wait for food inside can be quite long, and while some of the staff can be rude, there are others who are really friendly and pleasant.
For real best breakfast ive had in a very long time i guess i picked a good time to stop!
