Horrible experience with a staff member making us feel like he was going to hit us while playing with a ball that he kept losing control of and rolled over to us several times. When I asked him to stop, he said he was entitled to do whatever he wanted because he works there, even if it meant we had to wonder if myself or my elderly mother with dementia would get hit in the face with his ball. Like other McDonalds this location has the same food and fine service. BUT the take out window's drive thru location at the back of the restaurant, and the entrance to the north of the building is VERY poorly located. People trying to line up here, have to navigate around other drivers trying to get to a bank, or drug store. It is fine if you approach from the north, and head into the line up area, but if you are heading west, and trying to line up, it can be VERY difficult with all the other traffic in the area. The drive thru entrance should only be entered from the north. There should be a barrier put up preventing people that are driving in a westerly direction from entering and blocking...
I had a decent day planned to work on my laptop when a woman who appeared to be the manager approached me and said I couldn’t sit there. She claimed the table was reserved for paying customers, almost as if holding an ice cream coffee in my hand should have excluded me from being there. I told her I just needed a little more time to charge my laptop and finish my work, but she insisted that I leave immediately. There was no charging station available, and overall, the experience left me frustrated. It felt discriminatory. McDonald’s should really reassess their policies because I will definitely avoid this location in the future.
great location with drive thru and plenty of seating. there are two pre-order tablets in the business and are user-friendly. I did not complete my mobile order, but once I did it, the order was finished in a few minutes! friendly staff, business is well maintained.

Gave the girl 20 got change for 10. Will never go back. The sandwich was dry cold. They don't give you a receipt. I had nothing to prove that I gave the girl a twenty not a ten. If you go, don't pay in cash, use debit or credit.

Fine for most things but don't get anything ice cream or McFlurry related. When their machine is down they don't tell you. They just delete your order number from the queue without saying anything.
