Service was extremely poorly organized, after a mega concert the place was full, we waited 1 1/2 hours for our food, others longer, others less longer, service completely overwhelmed, the service area was very dirty, toilets weren't great either ... At one of the terminals, receipts stopped coming out and your number disappeared on the display board... someone had apparently taken our order. Even though our order wasn't even called... the store was packed and the service couldn't even call out the number out loud... on the contrary, a customer did it.
