Honest review: Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Nuggets tasted like they were cooked hours before we came. The only reason this McDonald's is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because the cheeseburgers were actually really good. This McDonald'sis ran by a kiosk and multiple employees to cook behind the counter. I completely support the kiosk if that works forMcDonald's. I do not support the pure attitude we received by both the long dredded hair guy and the girl running the orderhandout counter. As of today 9/17 3:17pm, nothing about this location has changed. The manager was sitting right there in the safe when I ordered. I had to repeat my order several times to the order taker and asked that my fries be fresh. He implicated that on theorder, but failed to communicate with the rest of his team. This young lady that brought my food to me argued me down, that mycooked to order fries had just come out the grease, then said she was going to get a manager and walked off. So I politely wentinside to get a refund. I don't argue about my food, just want it done as advertised and not with an attitude. Today's fast foodand beverage industry can be the worst.
This place is truly no good. I came through the drive through today (10/12/22) at about 8:25. I was the only car in the line in general. No one waiting at all. I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes then said ?hello.? No response, so I drove up to thewindows there were at least 3-4 people just sitting on their phones. So you guys are paying people to just be there giving outfree money. Hire better staff or just let this place go.
I placed a mobile order for a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with a round egg instead of a folded one. I ended up paying significantly extra for that egg, but it wasn't included in the order. Additionally, the staff informed me that they were out of bacon, among several other items they mentioned, yet there was bacon on my sandwich. Where did that come from? It felt a bit suspicious...

On the positive side, they have never messed up an order. I always ask for no cheese on my burger and I have never had to go back to get this fixed. The negative is that the fries are always stale. A bit if a bummer as they are my favorite thing.Service is acceptable if not over the top. As far as McDonald's go, this is one of the better ones in the St. Louis area.
This location is never crowded, yet they often inform you at the drive-thru that they are not accepting any more orders at that time. If a restaurant can't adequately staff itself, it might be better for them to close so that employees can find better opportunities elsewhere. Every time I visit, there seems to be some sort of random problem.
Server at counter had no common courtesy then disappeared after taking payment. Food was left at counter to pick up and was incomplete. I had to call out for someone to provide the missing items. Again another worker was not polite and actually challenged what was on the receipt but not served. Food was the expected average quality.
This is an objectively bad McDonalds. Waited in front of the speaker for 15+ minutes during business hours with a huge line of cars behind me to pick up a mobile order and they just never showed up. Super weird.

Had a terrible time. There was toilet paper all over the bathroom, the tables was dirty, they Childs play area was also dirty. My child had dirt all over her clothes and my food had been eaten out of.
Its busy so be expected for your order to take a while, the workers are hard working people and i came here for the free fries
