For a fast food restaurant, their $5 menu is almost nonexistent, and they intentionally omit ice cream since cleaning it at the end of the day is a hassle. It's true, you wouldn't believe how quickly these underpaid employees, who are only hired part-time without benefits, can mess up orders—wrong change, wrong food, too many hands in the kitchen to ensure it's right. I’ve received sandwiches with ingredients that shouldn’t be there, or sometimes not even my order at all! And let's not forget that mysterious sauce slathered on the fish I'm allergic to—so frustrating! Can I get an amen? They really need to get their act together over at this McJoke.
I was truly impressed with this McDonald's! They are redefining both their service and atmosphere. Recently, they remodeled the space into a café style and added several new features. The staff is friendly and courteous, always focused on serving you quickly. If you’re in the mood for breakfast, they have you covered! They closed the interior for about two months for renovations, which was a bit inconvenient, but it’s fantastic to see them back in operation. Thank you, McDonald's!
I tried to use the drive-through at McDonald’s on foot, but they told me I had to be in a car to order. I’ve walked through drive-throughs many times before, so that was surprising. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I believe a paying customer should be treated with respect no matter what. Thankfully, someone else bought my meal and encouraged me to pay it forward. McDonald’s really needs to improve their hospitality, especially considering their menu options.
To add to the disappointment, the toy my daughter ended up purchasing was not the same quality as the one showcased. The display item was entirely made of plastic, whereas the one she received had both plastic and paper components. It was frustrating to spend $3 on a toy that felt like it wasn't worth it, and it seemed like my child was misled by the display in the lobby.

I waited there for the sauces and mentioned I would return the next morning, but I’ve decided to escalate this to higher management instead. On top of that, they served my sister a raw burger, which was completely unacceptable. I will be contacting all relevant parties to make sure this matter is properly addressed.
Every McDonald's I go to seems to make me wait, and then wait even longer. They clearly see me standing there, but unfortunately, it feels like their standards and procedures have disappeared. A simple "hi" could really make a difference!
Quick and clean, you won't waste time ordering from a real person. The machine provides all the information you need. This is how a restaurant should be! I really appreciate this significant change here.
The service is fast, and the food meets McDonald's quality. However, they really should consider using thicker paper bags. I've had my bags rip three times in three weeks.
