Mcdonald's Alcester

I visited the restaurant today (May 17, 2021) at 6 PM and experienced a large crowd. The flat white coffee was quite good, and while the chicken sandwich was just average, it was worth it for £0.99 on the app. However, the app was slow to operate here. I had to reload it, switch to McDonald's Wi-Fi, try again, change my bank card, and deal with more buffering. The time it took to place my order coincided with around ten cash transactions. This issue needs to be addressed; otherwise, people may be discouraged from using the app.

We visited today in Evesham, and the service here is significantly better than at our local restaurants. The food is prepared quickly and always served hot. I want to give a special mention to a staff member named Kerri; she was impressively fast at cleaning up and immediately began sweeping the floor as soon as customers left. She also interacted with guests and inquired if everything was satisfactory. We’re more than happy to travel here for a family outing because the overall service experience is excellent.

This McDonald's definitely has the best staff; they are polite, always smiling, and eager to help. Aside from my apple pie, which took a bit longer to prepare, it's great having this McDonald's in the area.

When the milkshake machine is working, all good. When the staff are on point, all good. If staff don 't smile and the milkshake machine is broken , avoid.....

one of the best maccies I was in the a46. spacious inside. good parking. always seems pretty clean. has a trip through.
