Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

This restaurant review could have been improved if the party room had been organized before the guests arrived. The host was not present when the party started, and the room was dirty with leftover cake and rubbish on the table and floor. It took time for the staff to clean up, cutting into the party time. Towards the end of the party, there wasn't enough time for a planned game. Overall, the lack of preparation and organization made the party stressful. The reviewer suggests finding a different place to host a child's party that knows how to provide a better experience for the money spent.

As usual, we waited 10 minutes just to order then another 10 minutes for the small order for 2 people then another 10 minutes for the coffee. We had already finished eating by then. People were saying they were coming inside to order as the drive through was too busy also. There was no where near enough staff. They were run off their feet and had a birthday party as well. This unfortunately is not unusual for Ferntree Gully Maccas. Always slow and a wait.

The usual sloppy burgers and junk food you only eat after a night on the booze. Playground is awesome for the kids though. Big property too. Quick service at drive through though so kids were happy and that's the main thing!

I went through the drive-thru at this restaurant and had to park because my food wasn't ready. When I finally got home and checked my order, I realized that some items were not prepared as I had requested.

This McDonalds is very clean, has friendly service and well-prepared food. A absolute safe bet if in need of a quick bite in Tecoma.
