I try to avoid these mcdonalds, but every time I find myself there in always dissapointed. the place always stinks, its dirty, the workers are rude and miserable and simply useless. here are only 3 of many of my bad experiences: 1. I ordered...2 happy meal times and a pack with chips through eat, only to get 2 boxes with spike chips and 3 nuggets without obst bag or drink aswell as medium chips and a badly made pack when I order a large. 2. I ordered 4 cheeseburger meals without meat and 1 veggie burger meal. only to get 4 burgers with meat and a big mac instead of a veggieburger? My friend and I went into Mcdonald's in Moonah for lunch. I have shied away from Mcdonald's in the past but my friend had her autistic son with her who loves going to Mcdonald's. I ordered a chicken wrap which was really delicious and a...mug of coffee. The girl behind the counter was so kind and even brought my food and coffee to my table! The staff there are to be commended for their politeness and prompt service! The atmosphere is good and so very clean with comfortable seating.
I frequently visit this restaurant, typically for a soft-serve cone while waiting for my bus. The food is good, but my suggestion would be to improve the efficiency of the order status screen, so that customers don't have to wait around unnecessarily. This way, we could be seated chatting or reading instead of standing around.
this restaurant makes me crazy! they always **** our commands and forget objects! Why is it so hard to get what we have ordered! useful! it's so frustrating! these were the second mcdonalds we tried in hobart during a last holiday. service was excellent. the personal was helpful. a coworker crashed all the time when we were there, so cleanliness is a priority. many parking spaces. while the tables and chairs. seemed different to other mcdonalds, it was still convenient.
Called in for a snack before dinner in our hotel later, had to walk through pavement littered with food scraps and spit from young people male and female at the doorways! We did not order due to this, a manager could be stationed here to...police this area it must put people off from visiting Huk.
they have never made anything out of any reason on the kiosks, but they can buy them at the theke. the mülleimer fall out of the mülleimer. the personal is absolutely lazy, the commands are always wrong. it's the worst mcdonalds. in tasmania.
Don't know why we bother just about every time we come here we are told no soft serve ect available , if you run out put a sign up at the front of drive through , save waiting time ! The macas in town is...great.

I could have made the food faster at home. I waited half an hour for my food at the cafe, and I was the only customer. All I had was a toasted sandwich and a coffee. I won't be returning to this place.
Mures is a Hobart institution and is in a prime location right on the Victoria Dock The lower deck is very casual - and it's self service.
