Mcdonald's In T - Reserva de mesa

So many times this McDonalds has messed up simple orders. And time after time, we go back because it’s 4 blocks from the house and convenient. It’s always the kids meals too. The most simple things! Happy meals that COME WITH FRIES…..that didn’t have fries in them. And that has happened more than a handful of times. That’s just pathetic. Today was my 4 year olds cheeseburger……THAT CAME WITHOUT CHEESE!!! Cheese is in the damn name!! The grill slip says cheeseburger on it! How bad can someone be at a job?? If it was my food, I really wouldn’t care. But when it comes to 2 kids that get the messed up orders, that’s where I have to say McDonalds; I hate you.

Don't go to this McDonalds if you want coffee when Mariah's there! Didn't know the coffee flavors and black woman named Mariah proceeded to yell at me. Don't understand how this woman is employed. Proceeded to call GM afterwards, but she should've been disciplined. Mariah needs to be removed from her position ASAP and maybe work somewhere more slow paced, or nowhere at all. Don't understand how someone can be so incompetent and rude at the same time while keeping her job. I know it is McDonalds but she is still absolutely horrible at her job.

I go to this McDonald's quite often and hardly ever have a bad experience, however today while trying to order at the speaker the girl was extremely ignorant telling me to pull up without taking my order, then got to the window and the other cashier was looking at me like I was nuts because he didn't see my order, after a bunch of confusion my order was taken however they then gave me the wrong food. Very disappointed in the girls attitude and she really shouldn't be working in customer service with the vibes she was giving.

Never have had a worse McDonald’s experience in my 30 years of living. Got 2 happy meals the fries were scarce and cold. Cheeseburgers looked like they were from the day before. Worker at front was extremely rude. I have been in the restaurant industry for 15 years and have never been spoken to like that. Will 100% not be back but rather go to Culver’s for fresh food and nice service for the same price if not cheaper Reserva una mesa ahora

Came to get something quick and the line was insane. They served only 1 person within 15 minutes of waiting to be served. I saw a few cars left. So did we

Review update: Nuggets have been vastly improved lately. Drive thru still fast, service still great. Glad to say this is my go to location again.

Awesome McD's, just tried the location, new employees getting trained with mgr support at drive thru, super fast service and great food!

Fries did not taste right. Lady on phone was talking very loud in a different language our whole . Then her husband. Very annoying Reserva una mesa ahora

Wasn't bad nothing like a Michigan McDonald's. Food was okay.
