I was at the McDonald's in Thun today at 4:40 p.m. and was very disappointed. I had to wait almost 5 minutes to pay at the checkout. The lady could hardly speak German and asked me to give her numbers on the ticket machine. Then I had to wait almost 15 minutes with my children for 2 happy meals Wait and when they finally came the lids of the drinks weren't in good condition so my son spilled half of his cola, the fries and chicken nuggets were almost cold and the conditions were stressful and very unfriendly and the floor and tables were so dirty I had to clean the table first before we could sit down and the benches weren't clean and we couldn't use the toilet because there were so many peo...
The McDonalds has lost a lot of its former charm because the entrance is already full of people hanging around and congesting everything. If you still have to deal with the crammed mountain of rubbish, then at most it 's to take away . You can forget about the upper, uncleaned floors. Too bad.
The food is what it could be expected at this kind of fast food restaurant. Not terrible nor excellent. Interior is well designed and the arrangement of seats and tables gives everyone enough space. On the second floor there is a space with a very nice view of the river Aar.
