Mcdonald's Restaurants

Ordered via large screens. Food arrived quickly for a busy lunchtime. The reason for the speed was soon apparent, it was missing one burger...getting a replacement was no issue, it had already been made but just left behind. Large chips were not very large and stone cold. Burger was falling apart. Couldn't be bothered to complain as it was busy and we were upstairs. If my burger had not tasted so nice, it would have been a 1 star.

i'd go to drive through next time, their service is appalling. ordered 3 fries and a milkshake as snacks, they had no order management was akin to fish market, They were concentrating on online orders entirely. i had to ask them to serve me twice, despite my order being on top and they'd take another 5 mins to hand me over straws that they forgot to serve milkshake with in the first attempt.

Had an enjoyable breakfast here. Easy to order on screen. Member of staff quickly bought it over. The only reason i took a star off was because the first seat i was going to sit on was next to the disabled toilet with both inner and outer door open. This was off putting, although not necessarily staffs fault.

At this particular McDonald's, it appears that the staff are overwhelmed when there are more than 4 customers. There were incorrect orders, cold food, and a particularly rude manager who was a big guy with a beard. It seemed like they didn't want to be there, which resulted in poor service for the customers. I casually drove into the McDonald’s drive through to my disgust I was shocked to be told that they had run out of Diet Coke which made my trip vastly disappointing and rudely didn’t ask us if we would like to be given a variety of different sources. This is why I have executed this report

I went to the restaurant for lunch and ordered a kids' meal for my child. To my surprise, it took 30 minutes to arrive. The fries were soggy and the restaurant was not clean. I was very disappointed and will not be returning.

McDonald's Camberley high Street must be making a fortune whilst delivery only when they're only giving out half portions. This is the 2nd time from this store. I'll now pay the extra for a different store to supply.

I waited for more than 30 minutes for a bacon roll, while over 12 delivery drivers were served before me. McDonald's should prioritize customers at the restaurant over drivers serving those who are still at home. Reserva una mesa ahora

Grabbed fries and cheese bites in Camberley McDonalds. Nice spacious branch. Usual menu and automatic self service.

Loved this place especially Philippa Sumner who always had my cappuccino ready and her friendly smile
