Extremely disappointed with this place.Very bad service. The staff seemed like they don't want to to do anything.Came here for a breakfast and there were not hot drinks. I placed my order on the screen in front of the cashiers and the machine did not print my order. When asked the cashier for a copy, she wasn't able to provide one and even mentioned I didn't have an order at all.

i received my order thru uber eats incomplete and when i call the store, manager said its not her fault? , and its not her responsibility to call the uber to deliver the “missing ITEMS”. how ironic that a customer should settle it. And the manager is way beyond that a customer should expect to take responsibility and act as manager. She should not work there.

I would give this a 0/5 if possible, they never get an order right as if they are trying to always mess something up. Staff are incompetent and plainly said stupid, management would rather close this location down as it is not doing them any good. Absolutely one of the worst McDonalds locations in Gatineau.

I don’t often leave negative reviews but this is easily the worst mcdonald’s I’ve been to.Service is extremely slow, employees are just standing around doing nothing, and they almost always get something wrong, even when the place is almost empty. The lady attending was so rude. Our order was incomplete and some items were not the way we ordered them. The fries were almost tasteless and they got extremely hard when they started to get cold. Worst mcdonald’s I have ever been to, do not recomend. If I could put zero stars, I would.

90 minutes for two sandwiches and a small fry. The only thing they did right was my drink. Imagine not being able to do the only thing anyone will ever ask you to do.
