Mcdonald's South Perth

Ordered 2 Sausage Egg McMuffins, meal deals, lge flat white full cream, and warm. Plus extra hash browns, and a few other things, just 20 mins ago. The Sausage and egg muffins were both missing the eggs. The hash browns, well, I have know idea how they could burn them so thoroughly, un eatable. The coffee I ordered to be warm, is so hot, I’ll probably be able to drink it in an hour or so.The guy taking my order through the drive through struggled to understand anything I was asking for, 3 times I asked him to write warm for the coffee, then his remark, ‘ oh, extra hot, right ?’.Not impressed at all. This is a shame, as normally I find this place really good. Hope this is just a one off

Been here several times on different days and at different times of day, and every time my chips and Nuggets are stale, cold, or both. Tonight, not only was my food cold and stale, our 2 large fries and 2 flurries were barely half full and the chips were just thrown into the bags upside down. The staff I spoke to had a blank expression and didn’t say a word to me. I’m sick of the poor quality and do not plan on ever returning here. Not to mention the terrible potholes that you have to dodge just to get onto the premises.

Ridiculously slow. Ordered a $1 frosted coke. Took 30mins to get it while they messed around with large uber eats orders. Im getting tired of these lazy people and uber eats. Uber eats should be done at a separate location. Not going to this store again. Oporto next to it real quick.

Been coming here for years with feeling up and down on the service.But this morning, I have to praise a staff who was very thorough with the orders and had great service mind. I frequently encounter issues with my orders at this restaurant. I specifically requested a strawberry shake and a vanilla shake, but instead, I received ice cream.

No food due to some update so obvious the store has faulty advertising when it says it’s open 24 hrs and your declined food.
