We had to wait for our drive through order to be brought out and the chips were cold. Not Luke warm , cold. When l went inside l was served by the shift manager who only grunted and threw my chips in a bin before putting fresh chips in the fryer. While l was waiting she added a serve of chips which were already packaged to someone else 's order before getting a fresh bag of frozen chips out to cook and a lot of them ended up on the floor. This happened at approx 1015pm Wednesday night.
The dirtiest maccas in Victoria hands down. Restaurant/toilets were filthy and the place was empty so being too busy to clean up the place isn 't an excuse. I 've called by here a few times and it 's always the same, filthy dirty and maccas rubbish everywhere, it 's a struggle to find a clean table to sit at. Door handle to the toilets broken and just hanging in place. Management of both the service station and the maccas should be embarrassed.
I stopped in for a pancake and hash browns. The space is surprisingly large, featuring an entire section hidden behind a wall, complete with additional seating and couches—making it a great spot to relax, especially when it's not too crowded. Unfortunately, the apple cake wasn't as warm as I had hoped, even though I ate it right away. However, the hash browns were fresh and crispy.
I'm really frustrated with McDonald's. The food is often cold, and every time I place an order, something is missing. The staff seems to mess up orders when I go through the drive-thru. I've had this happen seven times at my workplace. The staff doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing. I recommend checking your order thoroughly if you decide to go there. Good luck! I was in Melbourne last weekend and had to stop by a McDonald's. The place was very clean and well-managed. There were plenty of seats inside, with a few options outside as well. Ordering was easy with the self-service kiosks. My food was hot and served quickly. There’s a playground in front of the location and a nice area in the McCafé. No complaints at all!
this maccas is extremely irritating. I often go through for chai latte on the way to home from work. in all honesty are the chance to actually get a chai, only 75%. I left so often and was back on the autobahn (without being able to turn around) and realized that I had a normal laugh. what I just don't drink. even at 4.25 it is not understood.
came here today with my friend and that was honestly the worst mcdonald I did. the worker seemed like he didn't know what he was doing, and assumed that I wanted a refund from some reason. beyond that I found a hair in my burger and there was hardly any soaking to eat so dry and unhappy. in total, do one please and go to another mcdonalds!
