We had to wait for our drive through order to be brought out and the chips were cold. Not Luke warm , cold. When l went inside l was served by the shift manager who only grunted and threw my chips in a bin before putting fresh chips in the fryer. While l was waiting she added a serve of chips which were already packaged to someone else 's order before getting a fresh bag of frozen chips out to cook and a lot of them ended up on the floor. This happened at approx 1015pm Wednesday night.
The dirtiest maccas in Victoria hands down. Restaurant/toilets were filthy and the place was empty so being too busy to clean up the place isn 't an excuse. I 've called by here a few times and it 's always the same, filthy dirty and maccas rubbish everywhere, it 's a struggle to find a clean table to sit at. Door handle to the toilets broken and just hanging in place. Management of both the service station and the maccas should be embarrassed.
Although I took pride in working here and all the food I made, working 30 40 hours a week I was abused by staff members I worked with, crew member Bradley Emery and manager Camilla. For a work place to hold standards about “no abuse” they do not show it or support their employees who have been abused by their own staff members. Worst McDonald’s I have ever worked at. Do not come here.
I'm really frustrated with McDonald's. The food is often cold, and every time I place an order, something is missing. The staff seems to mess up orders when I go through the drive-thru. I've had this happen seven times at my workplace. The staff doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing. I recommend checking your order thoroughly if you decide to go there. Good luck! I was in Melbourne last weekend and had to stop by a McDonald's. The place was very clean and well-managed. There were plenty of seats inside, with a few options outside as well. Ordering was easy with the self-service kiosks. My food was hot and served quickly. There’s a playground in front of the location and a nice area in the McCafé. No complaints at all!
came here today with my friend and that was honestly the worst mcdonald I did. the worker seemed like he didn't know what he was doing, and assumed that I wanted a refund from some reason. beyond that I found a hair in my burger and there was hardly any soaking to eat so dry and unhappy. in total, do one please and go to another mcdonalds!
