I held my wedding at the Grand Ballroom on November 11, 2022, and I cannot emphasize enough how stunning the venue is! The layout is ideal for both the ceremony and reception, featuring a balcony area perfect for cocktail hour while they transform the space for the reception. We also chose to have our catering through McHales, and the food was absolutely outstanding! All of my guests were well taken care of, and the buffet was organized in a way that made it easy for everyone to serve themselves. My event planner, Tessie, was simply incredible. Through the venue, The Center, myself and now husband- utilized the in house catering services of McHales! It was such a great decision! The McHales staff were absolutely fantastic last night in ensuring each and every guests needs were met and did not fail to please. Karen, Audra and so so many others were there with me every single step of the way carrying our plates of food to the table so my dress didn’t get dirty, refilling beverages, and just being so attentive overall. They paid attention to every detail and really made my night so special and I could tell they wanted me and my guests to enjoy it. Thank you so much McHales for being so amazing! 10/10 recommend!
We had McHales catering for our daughters wedding last evening that was at The Center in downtown Cincinnati and I cannot say enough great things about them! The food was perfect and all of the staff that worked the wedding, there were at least ten or more, were absolutely fantastic! So professional and polite and willing to help with anything at all. Not sure how they hire such great employees, but they sure know what they are doing ! The bartender was amazing and could recall about every drink that each guest was having before they got to the counter.Thank you all for helping make my daughters day that much more perfect!Mike, Father of the Bride.
We had an exceptional experience with the wedding catering from beginning to end. Megan was fantastic, guiding us through the options and helping us create our package. Unfortunately, my grandma passed away unexpectedly on the day of our tasting, and the team went out of their way to box up generous portions of each dish for us to take home. On the big day, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring everything went perfectly. I recently held my wedding at The Cincinnati Club, and I do not have enough good things to say about this venue and the McHale's team. Jeremy, Jeannie and Brittney Lyons specifically. Brittney was amazing, courteous, knowledgeable, dealt with my basket case self and constant barrage of questions. Jeannie and Jeremy worked their butts off to make sure this day was perfect for us, and truly care about each detail. It was truly a phenomenal experience. The day was far better than I could have ever imagined. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all at McHale's/Cincinnati Club!!!!
On October 28th, our daughter Morgan Boston married Erin Kirry in a beautiful ceremony at Drees Pavilion. The staff at McHale's treated my wife and me like family. From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations. The team at McHale's consists of exceptional, top-notch individuals.
