I think it’s a rule that you have to stop at a place called “McHappys”.Found this place while down in Point Pleasant WV. As I entered the store, I was greeted with the amazing smell of fresh pastries.They had a great selection of donuts, cookies, assorted pastries cakes. So a walked the display cases and made my selection of assorted goodie’s. The staff were unbelievably friendly helpful, recommending different things they thought I might enjoy. I also got a cup of their coffee as well, gotta have coffee with your sweets. The store was extremely clean lots of tables to sit at to enjoy you snacks. I will definitely be back to grab some more of their awesome donuts pastries again.
**The Good:** The establishment is clean, the service is excellent (very friendly staff), and the coffee desserts are delicious.
**The Bad:** However, they do not allow photos or videos inside the store. ???? If I owned such a beautiful shop with eye-catching desserts, I would definitely encourage people to share them on social media, as it really helps businesses in today's world.
**Overall:** I am a very happy customer! ????
We had an amazing experience and absolutely delicious donuts on 11/20/21! It checked all the boxes and was only about $2 each. The varieties we tried included blueberry, blackberry, strawberry-filled, and Boston cream with custard filling. They were fresh, filled with jelly or cream, and a decent size!
Gourmet donuts and pastries. They have the majority of normal donuts and long John's, plus specialty pastries. The baklava was a big piece of heaven. The cream puffs, fritters and bear claws were huge. It is definitely worth stopping by , if youdon't mind spending a little more.

The staff is friendly, and the prices for the food are generally reasonable. I tried a variety of pastries, and while some were quite enjoyable, others tasted very much like typical grocery store baked goods. However, I do recommend the muffins!
The staff was friendly, which is a plus. However, my main issue is that there are no prices listed, and none of the items have names or descriptions. It’s inconvenient to have to ask about each item individually.
The lady working was amazing. Donuts were delicious! We were very impressed with all of it! We were definitely ?McHappy?
As for kid-friendliness, it would definitely be a fun experience for children of all ages.
