The food is outstanding, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere, and I think everyone in the area should be aware of McKay's Country Kitchen because the food is truly exceptional, especially Bill's Mega Omelette. I noticed there aren't any pictures of the menu online, so I've included some here for everyone to enjoy. I hope this inspires at least one person reading this to give McKay's amazing food a try.
I recently went on a trip to Cooper, Texas, and stopped for breakfast at McKay's in Commerce, Texas. It was an incredible experience—definitely the most country-style kitchen I've encountered! The breakfast was the best I've ever had. I highly recommend you all stop by if you get the chance. Kudos to Terry and Robert for an amazing meal!
My wife and I went there for breakfast this morning and the portions are huge be sure to go there hungry!I ordered the fully loaded large (aka 2 egg) omelet and hash browns and my wife ordered the eggs, bacon biscuits with a bowl of gravy. Food was good, served warm and with a smile.Great place to go for breakfast!
