Mcmenamins Boon's Treasury

This location has been considerably understaffed for some time. Disappointing that the staff is still expected to serve a full dining room despite the lack of manpower. Service (and I assume, tips) suffer but I'm sure profit margins are protected. My party of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) was there for TWO HOURS as the servers struggled to stay afloat tonight. Management might consider reducing capacity while short-staffed rather than shifting that burden to staff.

Quite disappointed with my experience at McMenamins Boons Treasury. The service was very poor. The wait times were very long.. to even be acknowledged took 15min, another 15-20min to get my drink and about 30min to receive my food after I ordered. The food was very underwhelming and bland. The patio outside was nice but my pants got very dirty from the patio furniture. Probably won't return.

We are passport holders and this was the next stop for us. The patio filled up right when we got there and there was only one server. She seemed overwhelmed mentally but kicked butt to get us all taken care of and nailed it! Being a passport holder I wish there was more variety on the mcminimins menus. It seems as each location has the same things and nothing wows but is consistent

We were there early to save a table for a large group. The staff were very accommodating and prepared a table for our group in advance. They were very patient and kind with our group. Large groups can be a bit difficult but they took good care of us.

I have dined in and done pickup at this restaurant. Both experiences have been great. Food is always fresh and tastes amazing. I also learned they have cider Wednesday and beer Tuesday! It's a great place to go for a Friday date night.

30-minute wait just for drinks and nice service but not very helpful. The soda was flat, and the tots were warm which I prefer hot. Cute restaurant and worth eating at if you are ok with waiting a little while.

All I ask is please stop burning your tater tots. On an $85 dolllar lunch one should have it figured out. Focus on customer service .
