Beautiful view, feels like your higher than just the 4. Stock, decorated like a restaurant in downtown in a skyscraper. Food was really affordable, I got the meal of the day for 7 dollars, it was Turkey, and a macaroni with spinach brine. Dessert was $3. I must have dessert. Hour is a bit strange, but they are always open Thursday because they also have a shooting meeting this day. They also make catering, I'll try their catering service soon.
