Please note that my message is dated today. The store is completely in trial operation, and all the waiters and back chefs don't know what they're doing. A kebab shop, you get all the dishes you ordered in an hour or so, and it contains the wrong items. Ask the waiter, the waiter will always tell the kitchen to prepare, but not to urge. Waiters don't take the initiative to serve until customers start to get angry. I personally don't have a high opinion of the other Korean BBQ restaurants, but after this experience, I think the other restaurants are doing a fantastic job. I highly recommend Sophisticated Vertebral! The atmosphere is sophisticated with plenty of seating options, making it a great spot for a drink or a snack. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the food matched the pictures, especially the signature bark ribs. The quality of the meat is exceptional, surpassing other places I have tried. I have been a regular since the restaurant opened and it's been great to see how it has evolved over time.

Pricy but great quality meat and good service. If you want diferent than all u can eat kbbq, this place where you have to go.

Very good. Gray-gold hair guy did an awesome job cooking the beef tongue and was very patient with us staying late.
