It was our first time at this restaurant as the one we were planning to try was closed on a Monday. You are given a menu sheet to tick your order. A separate menu book with pictures helps if you don't have any idea what the food is. Also can request for 'non-spicy. The staff speak English unlike some Chinese restaurants.' We ordered Kung Pao Chicken and steamed rice. The Kung Pao chicken tasted good and was a decent serve, enough for 2 people. The rice was served piping hot, and tea/water is free of charge. The waitstaff including the cashier were friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean and I like the decor, especially the mahjong tiles wall. Great ambience! I thought it will be expensive to dine as it looked classy when we went in but I was mistaken. We paid $20.80 for a quick satisfying lunch. They also have lunch combos which starts at $10+. The price of their menu ranges from modest to the more expensive seafoods like prawns and mudcrabs. They offer takeaways too. They are closed on Tuesdays. Credit cards incur 2% surchage. The only downside is parking in Eastwood is always a pain.I'll be back again with friends to try their other dishes.

A very hit and miss restaurant. Hot and sour soup (small serve) was really big, and probably enough for people, with good flavour. The shallot pancake was pretty bad (but cheap at not much flavour, but quite crispy. The cold bean noodles were good but make sure you mix them quite well, as the flavour is in the bottom. Dumpling was not very good, the dumpling body was quite small, and lacked flavour, and the soup didn't have much flavour either. We went a subsequent time and waited almost an hour for our food. They kept taking on new customers despite the fact that they only had one chef working

Located a few steps from the Sol Metro but tucked away in a small alley, this bar that serves a limited food menu is OK.
