Going to have to leave a bad review they gave me a cold buffalo chicken sandwich, made my throat itchy too bad quality. To add when I went for pick up the lady at the counter said “ door dash?” I said no I told u several times im Nick with a pickup order. They do not listen here and the chicken is dry and slimy to add… never going to this deli again. It was better when the name of the deli was cicones thumbs down two thumbs down eww
This is the best local Italian deli! The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced. The owner is always present, which really makes a difference. They offer the best seafood salad, bread from Brooklyn, and fresh mozzarella, along with a variety of great specials. The only thing I would love to see is some dessert options, as the bakery next door has stale products and a less than welcoming attitude.
I love love love Meliani's! Everything is absolutely 100% Italian and Rich is an excellent cook! You won't be disappointed whether you get homemade specialties, homemade salads and sauces, a REAL Italian sub or cold cuts. Everything is sooo good! The food here is top-notch, and the sandwiches are delicious. It's a well-managed place! I always make it a point to stop by during my workdays in Brooklyn. I ordered two heroes—one with grilled chicken and the other with eggplant. Unfortunately, the grilled chicken was tough and seemed old, so I ended up throwing half of it away. The eggplant hero was burnt as well. I won’t be returning to this restaurant again.
I ordered a chicken cutlet hero through Grubhub. Unfortunately, the chicken cutlet was not fresh. I had requested onions and pickles to be added, but they were missing. After struggling to enjoy the first half, I ended up throwing the rest away.
I ordered the Italian sandwich, which is supposed to come with ham, salami, and provolone. However, it felt more like a ham sandwich. The layer of provolone was so thin that I could see the ham through the cheese. I won't be ordering that again.

Richie and his staff at Melianis is second to none. The food is always fresh and the service impeccable! I use Melianis for all my parties too.
