Melt A Grilled Cheese Food Truck

Got into town with my fiancée starving. Parking is kind of limited, but we were able to find a place. We were seated in kind of an annex area which was nice because the temperature was nice. We did get forgotten about for a bit when we first got there, but once we got assigned a server the service was good. We ordered the street nachos as an appetizer. The used lays ruffle style chips with friend jalapeños pulled pork nacho cheese and bbq sauce. They were very tasty and the pork was good. The sauce is on the sweeter side so just keep that in mind if it’s not up your alley. Between the two of us we demolished this pretty quickly because we were hungry. from there a few hours ago. server was very nice and attentive, but I hate that I can't just remember their names. I might want to say ashley. eating was absolutely wonderful! the honey torfkäse with strawberries on butter toast was fantastic; Comfort-Essen-Efreude in summer! also had a roasted cajun huhn with coleslaw, that was very tasteful. thanks to my server for suggestion. have to go a strawberry salad; it will taste later, but it looks good. my only big conus was limited parking. I had to drive a few times before a parking space was available, but maybe this is only birmingham and I'm not used to it. picture of what's left with the Cajun sandwich.

I was looking forward to a decent meal, so I got online and ordered for my admin and me. she got the turkey shot with a cucumber feta salad side and I got the patty melt with the same side. my sandwich looked like it was made by a child with a broth, the opposite away, burger and cheese....no grilled wobble. the gurke feta salat side was warm as possible and tasty. the truthahnpack was ok, but no WOW experience.

only left melt on the way to florida. anthony, our server was absolutely incredible. best real service in a restaurant. we are from the south side of chicago, so we know eating and service! gluten-free to be the grilled cheese and reuben on gluten-free brot was fantastic. highly recommended. thanks. anthony, for her high degree of service and ease. we need more people than they need in this world. i’ve ordered the vegan grilled cheese a couple of times when out with friends. it’s not a particularly good sandwich (likely just made with Chao cheese) and the fries are okay. i’m glad they have this option, but wouldn’t necessarily choose to eat here. not a great spot for plant-based eaters, and the menu reflects that.

Great vibe. Waitress was extremely helpful in navigating the menu. Too many great options to choose from. I wish we lived closer so we could make this a weekly stop. I got the Cuban and substituted pimento cheese for the swiss. It was AMAZING! My wife and daughter loved their meals as well.

Wow, what a place. Service was outstanding. Atmosphere is very cool. And the food, you cant go wrong with any choice you make! Definitely try it at least once. No doubt I will be going back way more often!

Awesome location and food. The service was great as well. Kids loved it too but might be better,if you have younger kids, to get there before the band starts to play and because it might get a bit loud. Reserva una mesa ahora
